Kim Rosenberg, President and Co-Founder of Mixology has over a decade of business and sales management experience, several years of which were with a prominent international matchmaking company. Kim created Mixology after finding a crucial need for matchmaking services in the gay and lesbian community. Her passionate nature and ability to understand her clients allow her to advise and steer them in the direction of their goals in finding a life partner. Her warm disposition and quick analytical skills are also what make her successful and supportive to her clients. Prior to her business career, Kim was an integral member of a semi-professional women's soccer team where she helped lead them to two national championships. Kim has a degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Meghann Novinskie, Executive Director was recruited from a prominent international matchmaking company, where she worked for five years. Her knowledge and expertise has led to countless relationships and marriages. She has received numerous awards for her outstanding work in the industry, which has been recognized internationally. Meghann has been on board with Mixology and its growth since inception. Besides matching clients, Meghann is primarily responsible for managing Mixology accounts and scouting for new potential clients in Washington DC and beyond. Meghann has a degree in Psychology from American University and additional relationship-based coursework from University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
